Conditions of Rent

1. Ibiza Immocenter acts as an agent between the owners and the clients, and hence forward is known as the "administrator".

2. If the prices are not mentioned explicitly on the Internet page they will include the cost of electricity, gas, water, towels (NOT including the towels for the beach nor swimming pool), sheets, final cleaning and V.A.T. The cost of renting (daily or weekly) is set by the owners and varies according to the grading of the property, and also the season.

3. On making the reservation, the client must pay a deposit of 50% of the total price, and must pay the remainder 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival. The reservation is valid when the deposit of 50% is paid. If the reservation is made 4 weeks or less before the arrival date, the client must pay the total cost in full.

4. The client may cancel the reservation at any time. If the cancellation takes place before the deposit of 50% is paid, there will be no charges incurred by the client. If the cancellation takes place 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, the administrator has the right to retain the deposit of 50%. If the cancellation takes place less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, the administrator has the right to retain the full amount paid.
   In the event of the client abandoning the property or leaving before the departure date, the client will have no rights to any refund nor reimbursement.(We recommend that our clients take out a cancellation insurance policy)

5. In some properties, it is obligatory to pay a deposit as a guarantee of security at the commencement of the rental. The amount of this deposit will depend on the category and grading of the property. You will find information regarding this point on the web page. The security deposit must be paid to the administrator and will be reimbursed in full at the end of the rental period, providing that there has been no damage to the property and contents, nor loss of contents caused through the negligence of the clients. On the day of arrival and departure, an inventory will be made by both parties

6. As is normal, properties may be occupied from 15.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
